Montmorency cherries are a heritage variety of sour cherry, originally developed in France in 1700's. They are ideally suited to growing in cool climates like Ontario, and are the traditional favourites for baking, as the tart flavour shines through and balance the sweetness.

Tasting: Medium bodied off dry wine, with the touch of sweetness well balanced by tart cherry and touch of earthiness.

ABV: 11.8%
